The Tobin's welcome their newest family member: Charlie.
Poor Charlie was rescued from a breeder who starved, neglected, and abused him. He was so afraid of humans that he would belly crawl and tinkle out of total horror and fear. He had every worm imaginable including heart worms. He had a hard time with the heart worm treatment since it is critical to keep them calm and not stressed, but since everything frightened Charlie - we were all very concerned. But he is a surviver - and much to our amazement - when he laid eyes on his new dad - he walked (yes WALKED not belly crawled) up to him for some love!
